Please read these terms & conditions carefully before opening an account on tk445 — this is a binding agreement between you and us.
tk445 ("Platform", "we", "us") operates an online entertainment betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These terms & conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement that is binding between tk445 and every member who uses the platform ("you", "user"). By registering on the platform or using the service, you are considered to have fully accepted all of the terms below.

1 Eligibility & Membership
The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the service on tk445:
Age Requirement
Only persons aged 21 or above may register on tk445 and play betting or casino games. We may request a national ID card or other valid documents for age verification at any time. In the event of age fraud, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
Geographic Eligibility
tk445 primarily serves the Bangladesh market. Opening or using an account from any region where online betting is legally prohibited is strictly forbidden. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of their own area.
One Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household play from the same device or network, our support team must be informed in advance.
2 Account Management
When registering on tk445, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false information will be treated as a serious violation.
Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone else. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Updating Information
If your name, address or mobile number changes, please update your profile promptly or inform support. tk445 will not be liable for payment delays caused by outdated information.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Before processing withdrawals or for large-value transactions, we may request a copy of your national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC is completed.
Account Security
tk445 uses SSL encryption and modern security technology. Even so, please avoid logging in from unsecured or public networks and change your password regularly.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
tk445 handles deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking and bank transfer methods.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer
- Deposited funds must be in the name of the registered account holder only
- Deposits through third parties are prohibited
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
- Accounts with completed KYC verification are given priority
- Winnings from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the bonus wagering requirements have been met
Bank Transfer
For bank transfers, transactions can be made through Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank or any scheduled bank. Processing times for bank transfers may be somewhat longer than other methods.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
tk445 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms — please read them carefully before accepting.
Welcome Bonus — 120% First Deposit Bonus
- 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
- Example: deposit ৳18,000 and receive ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳28,000
- Wagering requirement: 25x the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus)
- Wagering example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = bonus winnings withdrawable after ৳30,000 in bets
- Applicable only once per account
General Bonus Rules
- A bonus is not equivalent to cash — it can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering is completed
- It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time
- If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled automatically
- If bonus fraud or misuse is suspected, tk445 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account
- tk445 reserves the right to change bonus terms and conditions
VIP Program
tk445's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback increases as you move to higher tiers: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold and up to 1.0% at Platinum. Detailed terms for VIP cashback and benefits apply separately.
5 Betting Rules
Following the rules below is mandatory when betting on tk445. These rules are in place to ensure a fair and equitable environment.
- All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed — please verify all details carefully before placing a bet.
- tk445 will not be liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet disconnection or other external factors.
- A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes, which ensures complete impartiality and fair play.
- In sports betting, bets placed after a market has closed will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.
- If an unusual situation arises in an event (cancellation, postponement or change in conditions), tk445 may settle the bet at its own discretion.
- Odds in live betting can change in an instant — the odds displayed at the time of bet processing are final.
6 Prohibited Activities
The activities below are strictly prohibited on tk445. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action:
Financial Fraud
Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, money laundering, chargeback fraud, or using stolen payment methods.
System Hacking
Exploiting software vulnerabilities, betting using bots or automated software, or attempting unauthorised access to another person's account.
Bonus Abuse
Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, using bonuses in risk-free arbitrage strategies, or following unusual betting patterns to meet bonus requirements.
Match Manipulation
Betting using prior knowledge of outcomes, wagering on the basis of insider information, or attempting to interfere with match proceedings in any way.
7 Privacy & Data Protection

8 Responsible Gambling

9 Limitation of Liability
Limited Liability
tk445 will not be held liable for any damage or loss in the following circumstances:
- If a bet is cancelled or left incomplete due to internet disconnection or technical error
- For issues arising from the user's own negligence or incorrect information
- For delays caused by the failure of third-party services (payment providers, internet services)
- If the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events
- If the user's account credentials are leaked to others due to the user's own actions
Platform Responsibility
tk445 will take corrective action for bets not settled correctly due to verified technical errors. Such claims must be reported to the support team within 72 hours of the incident. The decision of tk445's management authority will be considered final in all dispute resolutions.
10 Changes to Terms
Right to Make Changes
tk445 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify users in advance via email or through the site. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms.

We will send important updates to your registered email address. Keep your email address up to date at all times so you do not miss any important notifications. The date of the most recent update will be noted at the top of this terms page.
11 Account Suspension and Closure
Closed by User
You can request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. If there are active bonuses or pending bets, the account will be closed only after those are settled.

tk445 may temporarily or permanently close an account without notice in the event of any serious violation of these terms. If fraud is proven, the balance may be forfeited. If you have an objection regarding the suspension, please contact [email protected].
